It is a high-quality, field-tested card set that helps leaders reflect on their leadership context, develop an appropriate idea of leadership, and consciously shape the leader-follower relationship. The set contains 18 cards covering different dimensions of the leadership context, four cards on the leadership roles Boss, Coach, Partner, and Enabler, and 15 cards on everyday but demanding leadership situations. The cards make central questions of efficient leadership visible, discussable, and easier to reflect on.<\/p>\n

The cards are postcard-sized, come in an attractive box, and include brief instructions. The kit is deliberately tactile – sometimes you really do need to put the cards on the table. This helps ensure that reflection does not remain a one-off exercise.<\/p>\n
